A simple Halloween Punch recipe, make it a virgin cocktail or spike it with some rum!
16 fresh blueberries
8 Lychees, fresh or canned, syrup drained
2 cups blackcurrant (Ribena) or Raspberry drink
½ cup lemon juiced
½ cup sparkling water
½ cup Bacardi Rum (optional)
- To make the floating “eyeballs”, stick the blueberries into the cavity of the lychees. Freeze them for about an hour so that they hold together.
- Stir together the blackcurrant juice, lemon juice, sparkling water and rum (optional)
- Take the lychee “eyeballs” out of the freezer and put them into a jug and pour the stirred drink over
